A Very Merry Christmas

We had a great Christmas in New York. No snow, but a wonderful Christmas! I trust that each of you have had a wonderful Christmas as well.
Of course, there was a bit of excitement as we prepared to leave for home at the end of the day. I went to the basement while Jocelyn took Abbie out to the car to wait for me. Moments later she came rushing in and told us that Abbie was locked in the car! Abbie had taken the keys from Jocelyn and was playing with them. As Joce went to get in the car, she realized that Abbie had accidentally locked the doors. Abbie sat in her car seat playing with the car keys as everyone coached her to "push the button" on the key fob.
Finally, she pressed the trunk button to pop the trunk. Her Uncle Jeremiah climbed into the car through the trunk and opened the door. By the time we got to her, she was crying and scared, but very glad to see us. Everything worked out just fine.
Here are a few photos from the day...
