More Fun With Jo (Video)

You may be thinking, "What is wrong with Troell? Can he only post old stuff?" I certainly understand your questions, but let me explain for a moment...

Things have been crazy for me these last few months and increasingly so these past few weeks. That means I have less and less time to pull out the monster camera for photos. So, when something is going on, I try to shoot with the idea in mind that I can stretch the photos over a few posts. Does that make sense?

Right now, we are in Kansas City, KS for a little vacation. I have been using my sister's cool little point-and-shoot Canon, and believe it or not, I really like it! I would love to pick up my own point-and-shoot so that I don't have to drag out the big guns for quick photos. Alas...another place to spend money!

Anyway, back to the subject at hand. While Jo was in Buffalo with us, we took her across to the Canadian side of the border to eat at the Rainforest Café. We had a great time! The cool thing is that they have HUGE animals all over and they move like the real thing. Abbie especially liked the monkeys and the fishies. Every so often, the whole restaurant gets dark and then a thunderstorm takes over with simulated thunder, lighting and "rain". It really is alot of fun to do with kids. Abbie just about jumped out of her skin the first time the thunderstorm came through. These photos were taken with a non-professional camera, so don't be too hard on me.
