At the Park

Not long ago, our family went to the park to play for a bit. It is amazing to me how quickly my children are growing up! For the last two and a half years, no thought has gripped my soul more than the realization that I only have one opportunity to influence my children and that I have only one shot at this God-given life of mine.
I am often reminded of what the Apostle Paul told the Philippian church, "I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus," (Philippians 3:12). I want to live my life for the Lord Jesus Christ and make it count for His glory. I desire to know why God allowed me to be born and to come to this very point in my life. I desire to live my life with purpose––God's purpose! I desire to live my life on this earth in such a way as to invest it in eternity.
The greatest responsibility God ever gave a man is to not only walk in obedience to Him, but to properly care for and lead his family to the Lord. May I be the man the Lord desires me to be by following Him with an obedient heart.
Thank you for tuning in today!

Wedding in Cincinnati

As most already know, I am out of the wedding "business". But, on Friday, June 6, I was able to shoot the wedding of my friends, Andrew and Cristina in the Cincinnati area. The day was very hot, but everyone was patient and generous enough to let me work with them. I had a delightful time! The families of both Andrew and Cristina were more than kind to me and gave me plenty of "latitude" to work. Here is an image I took at the end of the day at a bridge on the northern side of Cincy. I really enjoy the city and the outlying areas for one thing especially–the food. Things like Chipotle and Skyline Chili! Yum, yum! I am hungry as I think about it! Enjoy the photo from the day! Cristina and Andrew, thank you for the opportunity to be a part of your sweet day!
Hope you are having a great week!
